This session which was anchored by a seasoned mental health expert, <strong>Ms. Mofiyinfoluwa Ola<\/strong> was very interactive and informative. Participants were given the opportunity to ask a lot of questions. The session dealt deeply with Mental Health and the myths and facts about mental well-being. Several myths and stigmas surrounding mental health were debunked during this session.
