Overview

This strategic capacity-building workshop was implemented to strengthen the institutional performance, sustainability, and impact of our organization. With support from the Nigeria Women’s Trust Fund, the initiative provided staff and volunteers with essential training in organizational development, leadership, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and advocacy.

Through interactive sessions and reflective exercises, participants gained practical skills and knowledge to enhance internal systems, improve collaboration, and drive more effective service delivery. The workshop also created a shared space for team alignment, role clarity, and motivation towards shared goals.
