Youthcare Development and Empowerment Initiative (YcDEI) with support from the Ford Foundation, organized a capacity-building workshop on preventing Gender-Based Violence for Female Religious Leaders of various church denominations in Ibadan to deepen their understanding of GBV and equip them with the prerequisite knowledge and tools to be advocates for positive change within their communities. What a powerful start it was!
The opening remark to kick-start the session aptly titled “Empowering Women of Faith Against GBV”, was delivered by the Executive Director YcDEI, Prof. Adefunke Ekine. Click the link below to watch this inspiring moment.
