The rally took off as soon as a crowd of people from various NGOs met. The movement started from Mokola through UCH to the office of the governor’s office. The rally was as a result of the increase in drug abuse, thuggery, ritual killing and discrimination against people living with disabilities. Community Chest Council (CCC), a network of over 300 NGOs in Oyo state says NO to these unscrupulous activities in Oyo state.
